Method to make an eggless cake is easy. First of all, preheat your oven to 200 degrees Centigrade for nearly 10 minutes and grease and flour an 8- to 9-inch baking pan. Next, make a mixture of sugar and curd/yogurt and dissolve them completely. Add baking powder and baking soda to the resultant mixture. Next, mix up refined oil and vanilla essence thoroughly and slowly add nearly 1 tablespoonful of flour to it. Mix it well to make a thick paste. Bake the resultant mixture in preheated oven at 200 degrees Centigrade for nearly 10 minutes and then reduce the temperature to 175 degrees Centigrade for nearly 20-25 minutes. Insert a toothpick or a knitting pin into the cake, and make sure it comes out clean. Your cake is ready! Let your cake cool for nearly half an hour. Shift into a plate, slice, and enjoy!
